I am so thankful for Western Break and Tire! On a road-trip up to Anaheim for Disneyland, a semi truck ran me off the road and I got a flat tire. Western Break and Tire took care of my car in squeezing us in and getting all four tires changed (I have all wheel drive on my vehicle), as well as an alignment. Someone at the shop even drove my spouse back to the hotel after dropping off the car so he didn’t have to get an uber. The customer service here is outstanding and I would highly recommend this business.

Paul is very knowledgeable and friendly. He called us right away to tell us what was wrong with my car. They fixed my car in a day. My car was really wobbly in the front and it was pulling to the left. Paul called to tell us that my two front tires were shredding and that we came in at good time. After it was all said and done I needed front and rear brakes, a front and back alignment and 4 new tires. We didn't realize my tires were 5 years old. They did a great job at a reasonable price and they gave us the AAA discount. Thanks guys!!

Great overall service, super friendly and professional staff saw to it that my car was all fixed up. For the work they did on my car the price felt very affordable and even though they were quite busy they got to my car in a very reasonable time frame. Comfy waiting area with coffee and tea available.

Joey was great. I dropped my car off and it was done the same day. He was also able to work with my schedule so I can pickup my car safely.

Noticed my brakes were making a really bad grinding noise during a late night food run. Turned around and carefully drove home. Called this shop the next morning right when they opened and they got me in right away. They let me know that they had a few customers ahead of me but they gave me an initial price estimate and told me they would call me to let me know the results of the brake inspection so I could make a final decision for the services I wanted. Got the call just after lunch which is when they said they’d probably get back to me. They told me what they found, I told them what I wanted and a little over an hour later they were calling me one last time to let me know the vehicle was ready for pickup. I mostly picked this location because it’s a short drive from my apartment but now I feel very fortunate that I found them. I’ll definitely be coming back to them for my auto needs in the future. Other minor details that I appreciated was how friendly they were both on the phone and when I walked into the office (smiles and greetings from all the employees), their transparency overall in terms of cost and time, and when an employee drove my car back to the front for me I noticed they had placed a plastic cover over the drivers seat to help keep it clean (which they removed as they got out). Small details but to me they matter. Oh and also my brakes aren’t making any grinding or squeaking noises anymore. Shout out to the team for the great work on short notice and especially to Juan for providing a very pleasant customer service experience.

Very pleasant and helpful. I have dealt with Joe and company before and have been very satisfied. They are a first rate Company in my opinion. I will keep them on my speed dial if any further problems come up. I highly recommend them
