I was very impressed with the ethical & professionalism at Western Brake Auto & Repair. I took my car in for an inspection and to fix a turn signal issue and both were done in a very timely manner. Two other issues were fixed that I didn’t realize were problems including a potentially dangerous one where my air bag would not have deployed in an accident. I appreciated the clear explanations to those problems and the resolutions which took less than hour. This was my best and most economical visit to an auto repair facility. While I was waiting in their lobby, I observed many informative and friendly customer interactions with Joe and Paul. No scare tactics or unnecessary recommendations here. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Same day turnaround on a battery that AAA didn’t have in stock. Great service for any auto needs tune-up, repair, and tires. The general manager of the shop, Joe, takes care of everything and has a good sense of humor. Recommended 10/10 for car maintenance.

I was very happy with my service. I was told by another auto shop that I needed front and rear brakes as well as new rotors. My car only has 48k miles and was less then 3 years old. After going to Western I was told I only needed brakes and not the rotors. The cost was also half of what I was quoted at the other shop. They have earned my future business and I recommend them highly.
