We were on our way to Disneyland and a huge nail got stuck in our tire causing us to have to figure something out quick and we found the Western Tire Shop Anaheim. Alex one of the technicians came out and helped us replace the tire with a spare. No charge. Awesome place, they didn’t have to help us out but they did!

I drove in from out of town and found a nail in one of my tires. The family and I had plans so I wanted to get this fixed asap. Went to 4 different tire shops and they all told me it would take 2 to 3 hours to get it fixed. Finally went to Western Brake and I noticed they were busy too. Joe asked what I needed help with and I told him about the tire. He confirmed they were busy but said he would get it done. He quickly paged one of the employees and they got me out in less than an hour. I appreciate Joe and the rest of the staff for the amazing service. Highly recommend!

Joe was very nice and helped me out with my flat tire. He gave me the quote, the paperwork and if I had any questions or concerns, I can directly call them. I would just come back for the service alone. Thank you so much for your help!
