I changed the battery and alternator myself with parts from Autozone and worked well for 3 days. Then had a dead battery again. I was referred to Joe from a coworker. I dropped off my explorer at 7am and briefly described the problem. By 11am my car was ready for pickup and has had no problems! They were fair and honest.
