My Tire blew out on my way to work and western b and t was the only place open! Early bird got the worm this time!

I was pleased w/the polite professional communication...Alex who was my service representatives was very attentive & knowledgeable! When I asked advice on choosing what was best way to go for my monies, I got question answered by Joe, (who I think was a mechanic) made me feel confident I was being served by honest personnel!#GreatTeam!!

I was stranded on the road and I had my truck towed to this shop. Within one hour I had an estimate, and the truck fixed within 24 hours. Joe and Paul did an excellent job explaining the problem and how it was going to get fixed. This is a professional shop that you can trust. Thanks for the good work.
