Taking your car to a shop always seems like a gamble. This place was really convenient as it is right next to my work. They offered a better deal than the dealership, $179.95 for front brakes with $5 neighborhood discount (I Know its puny but ...) The best part was the 2-yr 24K warranty (dealership: 1 year 12K) As expected I ended up paying more because my rotors were gone but with the $100 for $75 Yelp deal I felt the overall cost of repair was reasonable. Work was done timely, the brakes are good now and the car is running smoothly. Only time will tell but so far so good.

This shop has been doing our work for years now on our fleet of service trucks as well as my personal vehicles. I always try to use this shop because the service and quality is excellent. Probably the nicest, hardest-working team I've ever encountered. Very honest, professional and knowledgeable.

Only gave 4 stars because while I'm really impressed, I don't have a lot of experience with them just yet. BUT What they did do--balance my tires and end my nightmare of an experience with (Becker Tire on Tustin in Orange) is worthy of 5 stars and a yippee all day every day. I'm excited to have found a new shop that really knows their stuff and will take care of me for a reasonable price. Apparently the shop I mentioned above needs to recalibrate their machine and care a little more about their customers. Needless to say, I'll be coming back here when I need service!! :) Thank you very much Western Brake & Tire!!!

Recently took a road trip to Disneyland and got a flat tire from driving over a screw when we arrived at our hotel in Anaheim. The guy from AAA who changed the flat and put the donut tire on recommended Western Brake & Tire. When I called, they told me I could come right over. I seriously would have bought new tires without a second thought just to get home. The guys at Western were so nice and the most awesome part - they fixed my tire for $20 in less than 30 minutes saving our precious time to visit Disney and my money!

These guys are great. Always been fair and even will check issues I think I have only to find nothing wrong and no charge. Recently had entire new transmission installed. Months later had an issue where faulty sensor was found that was not part of the actual transmission but a sensor monitoring it. They only charged me for the part. No labor. Pretty good, I'd say!!

I have been taking my cars to Joe and now Paul for about 18 years now. Obviously, there's a reason for that. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they're always honest and always shooting straight. They never nickel and dime me on anything and always treat me like they care about whether not I come back. I couldn't possibly recommend them any higher and would be happy to send my mother to them any time. And by the way, I love my mother very much.

I came in with my tire which had big screw that totally whipped it. They fixed it super fast. The guys were great and the service couldn't have been better!

I really like this place. The guys that work the counter are nice and helpful and the work always seems to be done at a great pace. We service our company's van and truck fleet here. After experiencing them via work, I decided to start bringing my own vehicle here and have been satisfied each time.

Joe and Paul are fantastic! They always shoot me straight and give me great service. They really know their stuff! I was able to come in today and wait for my oil change in about 20 min. I shop like crazy and and I could not beat their service vs they're price. I recommend them all week long and twice on Sunday.!

I am very satisfied with Western Brake and Tire. They are honest and fair. I needed 4 new tires. I brought my car in on Saturday morning and an hour later I left with four new tires and oil change. They checked everything else and told me I also needed an air filter. Which I had never changed or knew I needed to change. My car is running great and I feel safe that i will not have a blow out. I highly recommend Western Brake & Tire. Thank you
