These guys were quick and great at what they do. Gave great tips and advice for people like me, who don't know a thing about cars. 😅 A little bit tricky to get into, hidden next to the railroad, but other than that, no complaints!

Wow! We were traveling from Tucson to Disneyland when we were fortunate enough to have car problems right by this shop. I met the owner. They are family run and have been in business fifty years. Even better, they were completely honest and saved me a ton of money and time. It is so rare to find an auto mechanic with incredible integrity but you can trust this shop. First visit (based on a friend’s recommendation). Very personable and engaging staff, fair and competitive pricing, rapid turn around. Saved about 40-50% compared to the same services provided by Toyota. No gouging, no screw-job, no upselling, no wall-job (you know what a wall-job is, right?) I’ll be going back!

I’ve always felt well taken care of here. For example, while test driving the vehicle, they discovered a blown sensor and called immediately to explain what happened and reassured me, it was on them and would get the new part installed before handing the car back to me.

This place was amazing got the work I needed in and out the same day within the hr. I took it to a place down the street and it took them 2.5hrs just to look at my car and try to sell me other things I didn’t need. Thanks Paul at western brake and tire. Got my rotors resurfaced.
