Scheduled appt, on line for a four wheel alignment at 8am on 12-31. Doors opened at 8 and took my car in right away. Job was done within 40mins, they also torqued and aired my wheels and tires. Above and beyond service. Alex and Steven were very efficient. Will definitely use them again. Happy New Year!

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and quick turn-around time. They let me come in early before my scheduled appointment time to fix my spark plugs and ignition coil to get the car back the same day! Also were able to attach my front license plate and bracket for me. Thanks Western Brake & Tire!

These guys are incredible! About 5 yrs ago, my sons car broke down when moving him to Anaheim. Customer service and honesty was A++!! Since then, they have been the "go to" shop for years for my son since living in the area. Today we are visiting my son for Thanksgiving and my rear brakes got toasted on the way down from Nor Cal. My family is upset because I'm not celebrating with them naturally (but I need to make sure we get home safe with brakes). Of course Paul understands the urgency and pulled in my truck as soon as I arrived...Western brake and Tire is a no BS assessment shop, they are very honest, and have absolutely reliable workmanship. I've never been to a shop with such great consistency. Keep it up Paul! 🤙🏾

After being ripped off by a mechanic who first advised I needed new brake pads and rotors on my truck with 40K miles I wound up with another issue only to then be told I needed new calipers which did not fix the problem. I paid $1100 to that place and was then being told I needed to replace my ABS module with an added cost of $1800. I went with my gut and took my truck to Western Auto to be told the pads were installed backwards. Ended paying Western Auto $150 and my brakes are working as they should. I received a follow up call the same day from them. I will forever be a customer of Western Auto and highly recommend them to everyone. The first mechanic refused to believe he messed up or compensate me for $1200 worth of parts I didn’t need. Lesson learned
