What can I say about Western Brake and Tire …. They replaced a stripped lug nut which 6 other shops declined even touching. Their expertise and world class customer service got me back on the road in hours at a very reasonable cost. I will not hesitate the recommend this shop for all tire needs and will be using them in the future!! It’s refreshing to know that there are still shops which believe in great customer service!

Great service and staff

On family vacation and drove from South Dakota. Brakes went out the night we arrived in Anaheim. I called in the morning and asked for an appointment and they got us right in. They have great customer service and work was done well and in a timely manner.

After arriving in Anaheim the night before a day at Disneyland, I discovered an issue with my front tire. I wasn’t sure what to do given that after a day at Disney, we would have a long hour and a half drive home late at night. I went online and found Goodyear/ Western Tire and made an appointment online for 7:45 am. The morning of our Disneyland day, the staff at Goodyear/Western Tire had us checked-in, the car trouble fixed, and back on the road in about 30 minutes. They saved our Disney day! Thanks so much!! You guys are the best!!!
