I drove in from out of town and found a nail in one of my tires. The family and I had plans so I wanted to get this fixed asap. Went to 4 different tire shops and they all told me it would take 2 to 3 hours to get it fixed. Finally went to Western Brake and I noticed they were busy too. Joe asked what I needed help with and I told him about the tire. He confirmed they were busy but said he would get it done. He quickly paged one of the employees and they got me out in less than an hour. I appreciate Joe and the rest of the staff for the amazing service. Highly recommend!
