I searched for brake places near my work and saw Western Brake and Tire, I called them first to get prices and then again to ask if I could drop off my car that same day. They were friendly and helpful over the phone and when I dropped off my car on my lunch they make the entire process fast and easy. They asked what time I needed my car back, I told them 4pm and they said they could make that happen. About an hour after I dropped off my car they called me to tell me what I needed for my brakes, made recommendations on something else I needed to get done and told me the price for everything. About 2 hours later my car was ready! Great customer service! I found my new brake and tire place. I definitely recommend this location.

The team was fantastic. They were professional and courteous from the moment I walked in the door. I didn’t have an appointment and they were able to immediately get my car back, estimated that it might take until the next day but were able to turn around my car with all the repairs day of. I received a call once it was completed and was able to pick my car back up that evening. Great customer service and fantastic work. I’d highly recommend them!
