Same day turnaround on a battery that AAA didn’t have in stock. Great service for any auto needs tune-up, repair, and tires. The general manager of the shop, Joe, takes care of everything and has a good sense of humor. Recommended 10/10 for car maintenance.

I was very happy with my service. I was told by another auto shop that I needed front and rear brakes as well as new rotors. My car only has 48k miles and was less then 3 years old. After going to Western I was told I only needed brakes and not the rotors. The cost was also half of what I was quoted at the other shop. They have earned my future business and I recommend them highly.

They will never tell you you need something if you don’t. I’m usually the one going to them thinking I need things replaced and they usually tell me I’m still good. The price for the exact tires I wanted was $400 below Pepboys. The staff were respectfully kind and helpful. They called to let me know everything was going well and on schedule and called to let me know when the Jeep was ready to be picked up, two hours ahead of schedule. Our Jeep is like new and my wife and I could not be more pleased. Thank you Western.
