Highly recommend this place, will never use another tire shop. In this industry, there's a lot of people you can't trust, well these guys are genuine ethical people. A few weeks ago, I got a flat tire, took it to a shop I was close to at the time. Needed both front tires replaced, they only had one in stock. The guy there showed me my front left was loose and said I needed a new bearing and said it would cost between 500-700. (This made sense because I had noticed rattling when driving) I didn't get that done, just got the tire replaced and I was going to check elsewhere. Fast forward to today, I came here to get my other tired replaced. I explained what the other guy said about the bearing and asked if they could get me a quote as well. Not only was the same tire with install $40 cheaper than the other place, they came in half way thru to explain to me that the bearing was loose and it was pretty common with these models, he worked for Hyundai/Kia and was familiar, and it was very simple to fix, just required tightening a part. They did it for free. Now the car drives smooth as could be. I'm just disappointed I didn't have cash on me so I could leave them a tip. All in all, I was out in about 35 min (primarily because there were cars in front of me), I thought it would take much longer. Great experience!

It's not often that you find clean and caring people in the auto repair industry. Most people just want to make a buck and move on but today I came across some very nice people who helped me fix a flat tore issue I had. Thankfully they were able to help me get back on the road and continue my vacation. The lobby is clean, the people are kind and I was thankful for their honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for tire repair.

Went there for a tire repair, but since our tire couldn't be patched they ordered the tire we needed for the same day. Our friend's car even died in the parking lot and they quickly came out and jumped it ASAP. Great and speedy service!

A friend's car was making a noise. Thinking it was the brakes, drove over to have this shop check it out. They took the tires off check and asked many times "Do you have a warranty or did you get the extended warranty?" They were so professional and helpful. The encouraged us to take the car over to Orange Ford. They did not charge a fee. We are very impressed by their courtesy and friendly attitude. I would recomend this shop to everyone.

I was just ready to buy all four tires because I want the entire package when it comes to replacing tires. On a road trip I got a screw in my tire. Good Year patched it and I was off! Under $25.00. Why am I surprised I didn't need new tires? Because my very own dealership tried to sell me new tires before I left...with a medium to hard sell tactic. But I wasn't quite on board with the pitch. Listen to your instincts and know your cars ladies! ....and gents! These guys made my day and we're super cheerful and it was hot. You guys rock!!!

These guys were fantastic! Quick, clean, professional, and honest. I came in there expecting to pay close to 400 dollars but instead they were able to find the problem and I walked out only paying closer to 70 dollars. I will certainly be going back for any future car troubles!

Both brake light were out, so this was kind of an an emergency! Being a girl, the assumption is plan to get looted at a mechanic shop. However I was pleasantly surprised! I called on a Saturday an hour before closing and the gentleman who answered the phone explained there always is the chance they might have to order the lights, but they will try. My lucky day they had the bulbs an I was offered coffee while I waited. It wasn’t much of a wait it was done in five to ten minutes. I didn’t even have the chance to finish my coffee. They gave me the best early Christmas gift ever, SAFETY. A truly wonderful experience. It’s good to know that there are such kind people out there.
