Elite '2020 Elite '2020 These guys are so wonderful!! I stopped due to my flat tire light coming on. I had just drove in from Dallas, TX with my 5-month old. They were crazy busy with a long wait but they took the time to check all of my tires and add air. Turns out the temperature was the cause of the low air. They didn't charge me or try to make an easy sale. (I drive a Range Rover and the tires are by no means cheap. Since I'm with my little one, I would have said yes to a new tire real quick if that's what had been suggested.) I was in and out in about 10 mins. I highly recommend this location. Cannot rave about the staff enough!!! Heading back to the hi desert before our drive back to TX and I fell much safer thanks to them!!

About as quick and easy as it gets. I had a flat tire I needed repaired and found this shop next door to where I work. Dropped off my car with the keys this morning and by lunch the tire hole had been repaired for $20. Thank you!

always pleased with the service ive gotten for my car! i never feel like im getting the run-around or being screwed over like many auto service businesses. Many times i will drop my car off without any kind of reservation and it will still be taken care of in a timely manner! Fair pricing, with cast member discount!

It's not easy finding a fair, honest and reliable mechanic. I took my car here for its routine oil and filter change, plus service check. I was told about 45 minutes and it seemed even faster. Changed the oil and filter, topped off my fluids and aired up my tires. In the past, I've been hit up to have other things done. Not here. When done, they told me what oil they used, when to get my next change and about my tire pressure. From the start, they were forthcoming about if I needed synthetic or not. I've had other places push it on me, but here, they went with factory recommendations all around. They are able to do just about all repairs except smog and body work. When the time comes for any other repairs outside of oil and lube, I'll give these guys my business. Tires, brakes, and tune-up -- until they prove me otherwise, I'll give them my business.

Called to get new tires and check my brakes since my lease was ending. I talked to Paul who was super helpful with his recommendations. So I took my car in the following day and was helped by Joe (Pauls son)band got my tires replaced and I ended up not needing any brake work...yay! Other places would have recommended to change them or push some extra work but nooo Joe was HONEST! Thank you!! I will definitely refer people here. Amazing and honest customer service!

I just came here for a new tire and an oil change and Western Brake & Tire provided great service and got me in and out quick. Its nice receiving good customer service when taking your vehicle in for service....something nobody likes to do. I will come here again for any vehicle services.

I am a long-time customer of Western Brake and Tire. Joe, Paul and the staff are trustworthy and always provide excellent service. They give accurate price quotes. They do not pressure you into buying additional or unnecessary services. Even though they are located a bit further from my home & office, I make the drive, knowing my vehicles will get thorough care. These guys are top notch. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

These guys were great! We had been in Disneyland for 3 days and when valet brought our car around we had a totally flat tire. Found this shop on google maps and called to see if they could get us a new tire. (Only had a donut spare and were t driving 5 with that!) They said it wouldn't be a problem. Got us right in! Also watched an elderly lady come in with her check engine light on and they checked it and was just her gas cap. I know some shop charge you just to check the code. They cleared it for her for free. They would be my new shop if I lived down here!

Came here yesterday again to get my oil changed, it was around 5:15 and I knew they were closing soon but Paul was so nice and said they would get it done for me. I had some other questions, just about maintenance and he was kind enough to answer all of them for me and gave me options. I really like this company and feel they are very honest and have people's best interest at heart. I came here for my first time today and it was awesome service and prices!
