My rear brakes failed as I was driving to Disneyland. The helpful staff at Western Brake & Tire were able to get my car in quickly, and even transported me to and from the park. They fixed the problem and got us safely back on the road. Thank you!

The guys at Western are a no BS honest good ol' American mechanics. Their prices might be mid to slightly above mid level, but they do plenty of things for free if you keep coming back, like dyes in the oil or checking engine issues for free. Been going to them for years with three different vehicles. Plan to keep going to them. Solid team.

I've only gotten a few minor things done to my car here so far but they seem to have the most reasonable prices when I shop around. I really appreciate that they have taken my car in on the same day I call them if they have an opening. My dealership told me that my brake pads needed to be changed, but Goodyear Western took a look and told me they were fine. They didn't even charge me for taking a look at them! They have excellent and quick service, and will do a good job answering any concerns you have about your vehicle. Upon sitting in the waiting room, you can tell they have plenty of loyal customers, but are also really nice to everyone else as well. My intuition tells me that this place is very reasonable, and NOT the type of place to try and rip you off. I highly recommend this place, and will probably start taking my wife's car here as well.

Decided to go here, after reading the reviews. I ended up getting a better deal here than at the estimate at Midas for the exact same parts and labor. Saved over a ton of money... plus the customer service was great--friendly and honest! I'll definitely be back for future tire and brake needs.

I was told by another repair shop I needed new brake rotors and brake pads because I was driving at 5% and the cost was going to be around $550. I called around to various places trying to get quotes and Western had the best price. I took my car into them explaining what was wrong and they took it back right away. I got a call maybe 30 minutes later from Patrick telling me that my rotors were actually still in good shape and it was only the break pads that needed to be replaced. I was so blown away by their honesty! They easily could have taken advantage of the situation and made extra money off of me but they instead were truthful and ended up saving me money. I cannot thank them enough for their honesty and professionalism! They even filled my tires up for me because the car had been sitting for a few months! I will definitely recommend them to everyone and will be back in the future for all my cars needs! Thank you again so much guys!!!

Popped in at 7:30 am and got right in. They fixed my flat in 30 minutes, and I was on my way. Very friendly, great service.
