These guys were great! We had been in Disneyland for 3 days and when valet brought our car around we had a totally flat tire. Found this shop on google maps and called to see if they could get us a new tire. (Only had a donut spare and were t driving 5 with that!) They said it wouldn't be a problem. Got us right in! Also watched an elderly lady come in with her check engine light on and they checked it and was just her gas cap. I know some shop charge you just to check the code. They cleared it for her for free. They would be my new shop if I lived down here!

Came here yesterday again to get my oil changed, it was around 5:15 and I knew they were closing soon but Paul was so nice and said they would get it done for me. I had some other questions, just about maintenance and he was kind enough to answer all of them for me and gave me options. I really like this company and feel they are very honest and have people's best interest at heart. I came here for my first time today and it was awesome service and prices! These guys were very friendly and honest! I work close by and live far from there and took a chance. It really paid off. I needed my rear breaks inspected because my dealership quoted me a fortune to do the work. Western Brake & Tire not only beat the dealers price to a pulp, but did the work quickly! I was there a total of 2 hrs from the time they inspected my breaks till the time they finished. I had both rotors and pads replaced. I found a new place to have my vehicle serviced! If you're a Disney cast member, you get a discount :)

I will always go here when I can. Joe and Paul have been working in the business for years and excel at telling you what you need. It may not be the cheapest--but at least you aren't getting the runaround or having to come back multiple times for shotty work

I was referred here by my co worker from Disney. They gave me a cast member discount, was AAA certified, AND they had also offered me a ride to/and from anywhere in the area, so I didn't have to wait in the wait area all day when I had errands to run. These guys are very professional, friendly, and make you feel like you are family! I've been coming here for over 3+ years and so far no complaints, just compliments!.

Taking your car to a shop always seems like a gamble. This place was really convenient as it is right next to my work. They offered a better deal than the dealership, $179.95 for front brakes with $5 neighborhood discount (I Know its puny but ...) The best part was the 2-yr 24K warranty (dealership: 1 year 12K) As expected I ended up paying more because my rotors were gone but with the $100 for $75 Yelp deal I felt the overall cost of repair was reasonable. Work was done timely, the brakes are good now and the car is running smoothly. Only time will tell but so far so good.

This shop has been doing our work for years now on our fleet of service trucks as well as my personal vehicles. I always try to use this shop because the service and quality is excellent. Probably the nicest, hardest-working team I've ever encountered. Very honest, professional and knowledgeable.

Only gave 4 stars because while I'm really impressed, I don't have a lot of experience with them just yet. BUT What they did do--balance my tires and end my nightmare of an experience with (Becker Tire on Tustin in Orange) is worthy of 5 stars and a yippee all day every day. I'm excited to have found a new shop that really knows their stuff and will take care of me for a reasonable price. Apparently the shop I mentioned above needs to recalibrate their machine and care a little more about their customers. Needless to say, I'll be coming back here when I need service!! :) Thank you very much Western Brake & Tire!!!
